What kind of nut?

Today is National cashew day.


So I am offering you my morning chocolate smoothie.




In my blender I put: - Pure water - A handful of raw cashew nuts or raw walnuts or raw almonds + raw pumpkin seeds or raw sunflower seeds - A pinch of turmeric - A pinch of powdered ginger or a piece of raw ginger root - A dash of cayenne pepper - A sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon - A bit of Himalayan salt + a few peppercorns - A heaping spoonful of raw cacao - A spoonful of coconut oil

This is healthy & delicious stuff! Enjoy :-)
