How to catch the saboteur


We all have one or several saboteurs and may not be aware of it. So, what to do?


- Get in the habit of listening to your thoughts

- Catch the non-supportive ones

- Expose the saboteur and instead of saying "I am so stupid" rephrase with "My saboteur says that I am stupid"

- Let it go; don't dwell on it

- Shift your focus to one positive physical sensation (a taste, a sound, a hug, etc...) for a few seconds several time per day, the more often the better.


This is called positive intelligence.

The higher your positive intelligence quotient, the less stressed, the happier and more productive you are.
